We schedule multiple open inspections per day from Monday to Saturday until 6.30pm to ensure maximum viewership for your property. Our vacancy rate consistently remains lower due to our strict internal KPI’s.

Picking the right tenant
Prospective tenants are required to physically view the property and submit their application online through our streamlined process. All tenants are required to provide identification and supportive documents. After triaging and prechecks, your property manager will select the best 3-4 candidates and present to them to you with a recommendation for final decision. With our signature approach, tenants will receive an abundance of information and plenty of resources to help them thrive as they work towards achieving their own property goals.
Online Landlord Portal
We provide an online landlord portal that allows our landlords access to their investment property details, anytime, any location. Landlords can track their rental disbursements, monthly statements, end of year report, maintenance orders, routine inspections reports, outgoing bills, all under one secure login.
Routine Inspections
We conduct regular inspections to ensure that your investment property is in excellent condition and being maintained. Landlords may attend these inspections in person. We will then provide you detailed reports after each inspection for transparent communication.
Rent Arrears
To prevent rent arrears, we will set up a direct debit and bpay rent payment options for tenants, with money received in our system in real time. Text messaging is used as reminders for when payments are due and strict rental arrears processes are adhered to all times.
Rent Increases
Ensuring that our landlords are receiving the current market rental value for their property is our priority. During any instances of vacancy or as leases expire, we review the rent and discuss any recommendations with our landlords.
